"The banner and the birthday cake are what he recalls immediately from past birthday parties. Kevin is wearing transformer mask while Alvin is wearing spiderman mask as in costume party from Halloween. He has grandpa wearing eye glasses with sparse hair according to his memory."
From Alvin:
"Alvin wants a big birthday cake with candles and fruits for grandpa. Couple of his beloved gifts to grandpa. The rest of the companies include cat woman, dog man, mom on the top left above dad with hair blown away. There are some Halloween creatures imitated from Kevin's drawings."
